About Robert Goldwater

Robert Goldwater built Bicycle Accident Lawyers Group around one idea: cyclists get treated differently than other crash victims, and not for the better. Skid marks and debris get cleaned up within hours. Insurance adjusters routinely question a rider’s helmet use or lane position before they look at the driver’s own negligence, whether it was a driver who doored a cyclist from a parked car, cut across a bike lane on a turn, or hit someone from behind while looking at a phone. Goldwater takes cases other firms turn down, often because comparative fault makes them harder to argue, not because the client was actually at fault.

Goldwater and his network of attorneys prioritize direct communication with every client. In his own words:

“Many cyclists stay quiet because they think no one is listening. We are. No one should have to fight this alone. My team and I understand what cyclists are up against, and we side with the injured rider every time, working to win the compensation they deserve.”
